All engagement relationships are formalized through a separate written agreement.

Access to the client portal is granted exclusively to active clients of Form Strategic Consulting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Form immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Form reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or an engagement concludes.
6. Payments
Where payments are processed through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are subject to the terms outlined in your individual engagement agreement with Form Strategic Consulting. Form is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies — is the property of Form Strategic Consulting and is protected under applicable Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without prior written permission. Nothing on the Site constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.
8. Confidentiality
